Welcome to Haven, a city where the dead refuse to rest and the living harbor secrets far worse than anything lurking in the shadows.

Kensington Maximus, better known as Lucky, is a cynical private investigator with a troubled past, a bad smoking habit, and an unusual partner: Jimmy, the ghost of his childhood friend.

When a frightened woman arrives at Haven Discoveries claiming her husband has returned from the hospital a changed man, what initially appears to be a routine possession case quickly spirals into something far more sinister.

As Lucky and Jimmy uncover the truth, they find themselves confronting a desperate bargain, a restless spirit, and the consequences of a choice that can never be undone.

But the investigation also threatens to reopen the wounds of Lucky’s own past, reminding him that some sins cannot be buried.
